I bet the inventors of the Sybian never realised it would have a place in a fitness program. Set the machine up to the right height and you have for the first time ever, pleasurable squats…..

I am trying to build Ed up a little. He is getting out of proportion. For a cock that size he should weigh at least 6 stones more and should also be 8 foot 6 tall. Anyway I put him through a arduous work out. He seemed somewhat distracted when I sat on his face, maybe he was struggling to breath? He seemed capable of supplying blood to the right areas, non the less.  This is Day 8 of my Advent Special ‘update a day’. I hope you are enjoying it.
